Which pickup do YOU play on?

the blend pot on my warwick vette 5 (glorified jass bass?) is almost always right in the middle. ill roll it slightly to the neck pickup for slap or more of a "P" tone, or ill move my right hand back towards the bridge when soloing to cut through the mix more. as my playing style has matured, i fiddle around with my knobs less and use my hands more for tone and dynamic control. my EQ has gotten much flatter over the years too.

Not sure whether you mean play on as in pluck the strings over, or use. Personally, I play primarily a jazz bass and I use both pickups but the bridge is usually lower than the neck. As for which I pluck over, it depends on the song, and isn't always over a pickup.
