I think it's right that people point out that there is not a universal '15" sound' or '10" sound', but I think it is wrong to say that you will be able to achieve the exact same sound with two different sized speakers - not because it's completely impossible. That is it say, theoretically you could possibly get it close enough as makes no difference, but due to the limitations of materials and construction it is virtually impossible in real life.
Real life is what many of these folks seem to choke on.
