Who here rocks a single 15?

I have one of those. Paid $100 and it kills! 250 British watts worth!
One of my Rumble 115 cabinets usually holds its own, but in my new band I’m pushing it a little harder than I’d like. Stacking up both of them feels like overkill, so I may pick up a 410 as a stand-alone option.
This and a good mic and you’re set for all but the stupidest gigs. Love it.

I had a earlier* Silver faced Dual Showman Reverb guitar amp for years and used it for bass, it was great. (took the spring reverb out for quieter transporting purposes).
Also the fact the above has a 15" in the cab is just cool. I played my Showman thru JBL 15's. Again great.

*Edit: "earlier" as in early in the silver faced model version/line, not earlier than WoodyJ's amp. I think he says his is a '67 Showman. His being Pre- CBSish is what makes it so appealing to me. Leo was in the building.

). Leo hung around for a while in '66, he was probably gone completely by '67. Sorry for the confusion. (who's confused?

'78 Studio Bass on top of an early 80's Fender Fullerton 1x15 loaded with a EV 15L. Sounds (and looks) great!
For certain gigs it just fits perfectly. Similar to Chickenwheels Studio Bass/EV rig.

I have matching grill cloth for the head, and tolex and corners to finish it up, just haven't gotten around to it yet...
I love the sound of my Acoustic 2 15" but it's just too much in size and volume. So I'm having Atlas make me a 1 15" and should have it pretty soon.
i play an EBS drome combo 1x15 (made in sweden) since ...2006!!!! great amp, can't say enough about it
^^^ I had a chance to play an EBS drome combo on one gig many years ago - yes I remember it kicked butt!
Well I can finally join in the fun. Thanks to TB’er @Sliderbass for the boss hook up on a minty Mesa Traditional Powerhouse 15.
I plan to use this rig with my Fender P bass in two specific bands - a cool swing / r&b group and a bar/pub classic rock combo. And only at certain venues with nice & easy load-ins LoL.

Just got the chance to demo the cab. They’re not kidding when they say “Mid Forward”.
Fortunately my GK head has ample eq so backing off the hi & lo mid & boost, and goosing the contour evens it right out.
The cab is scary. It’s loud and responsive and quite an experience to stand in front of. I’ve been missing that physical “bump” from a formidable cabinet. I’m really looking forward to some summer gigs coming back so I can play this thing out. And rattle bottles off the bar.

Remember that what sound 'middy' on stage is often perfect in the audience. It's what make the bass cut through.
Mine single trace 1518 powered by the peavey mini max the treble on the head is at 3:00 which is out of place way too high, I always have that at about 1:30...
Really happy with my Atlas 115. Has an Eminence Legend CB15 and sounds as expected.
