I like a very similar strap to this, but a Levy's version. After cervical spine surgery I needed something padded. In the past I'd also had a strap where the leather end ripped out. These covered both concerns, thick leather endes and nicely padded. I liked them enough I put one on each of my basses. It was a struggle to get the strap locks on but once done it's a great setup.

I’ve tried most of the above and was using a Lekato for a while. Most of my basses have those. Just recently fell in love with Well Hung straps. https://reverb.com/shop/well-hung-g...ios-share&utm_campaign=shop&utm_content=21843 . Picked one up and haven’t used other straps since. 3” padded feels just right.

I’ve tried many Levy’s and haven’t bonded with any.
I found them about 5 or 6byears ago and they have been the only straps I have ever bought since! 👍

Came in earlier this week. My newest from https://reverb.com/ca/shop/well-hung-guitar-accessories

Matches my newest Sire Z3 splendidly! My whole guitar family is now "well hung". Highly recommend! I have a messed up shoulder and these have not only been the most comfortable straps I have been able to find (and have tried all of the "comfort" straps) but they are also high quality and dead sexy. Plus @TVvoodoo not only has an illustrious, eclectic arsenal to choose from but he also does custom orders. How can you possibly go wrong?

I also have his "Pro Pins" (oversized strap buttons) installed on all my gear. No need for strap locks or rubber washers with these. They're big, they're beefy, and they look great!

I’ve been using the Neo straps for nearly 20yrs since they are soft, wide, comfortable and distribute the load nicely.

But few years ago I needed a fancy leather strap with a particular color for the band theme and I picked up one of these… they also have several color options.

It has become my goto strap, it is nice leather with suede on the back so it has grip, it’s also thick and my wireless clips to it and stays in place. That loop is also good to loop a cable through.

I bought an SBL One strap back when Scott’s Bass Lessons was selling them. Probably overpaid for it but I followed SBL big back then and liked the idea. That thing has been on just about every show I’ve played since the day I got it. Sold me on soft, wide leather straps for sure…
