Who's trying to lose weight this year??

Agreed. I am in the "slow and stead wins the race" camp. Got 5-6 lbs to go and I am at my goal weight. No drugs, and no extreme diet or exercise routines to do it.

The backbone of my training is a lot of long endurance cardio. People look at me like I'm crazy when I recommend my plan. I probably do more cardio per week than most do in several months.

Sure, intensity burns more calories per hour, but I've seemed to notice that the rapid glycogen depletion makes most people really hungry. It's hard to stick to a proper diet when your body is that hungry.

Nothing wrong with the good 'ol rise and grind and pure hard work.
I'd look into some supplements:
Green coffee beam extract
Raspberry keytone
Acetly L-carnitine
And a Casein blend protein powder as a meal replacement.
Those may help the process move along.

I'd also recommend hCG diet. I've had great success on it. -55 in 6 weeks. 0 adverse side effects.

9lbs/week is at least 2-3 times what is considered safe by most estimates.

I like how everyone skips the first half of the post.

Worked for me. Has worked for many people. Most reports debunking it have 0 research or trials to support their claim out side of the FDA's word.

The whole program is built on losing them learning how to sustain the weight loss. People who cheat on it are going to fail like any program.

Either way. I am proof it's worked.

Show us your proof in 2-3 years.

10lbs in a month. I was diagnosed with Type II "Diabeetus." as Wilfred Brimley says. Changed my diet, limited to no more than 50-60 carbs in a meal, and around 15 in a snack. I have gone from a size 38 to 36 and it's becoming loose. I started out at 228lbs. My goal is 185.

Just go on a diet of minimal fruits, cliff builder bars (protein), protein shakes, and low sodium soup (half the calories are in the salt!) . Then get a good workout. I recommend exercise bike; it's the easiest.

I did it for two months on my own and the convenience store guy who used to see me stumbling in stupid drunk noticed I looked slimmer. So there you go.

Dude, I'm like, crying here that's so funny....can totally relate.......omg.....lol.....

Lol well I mean, that was life for me a year or two ago; go to a bar, get ****faced, maybe pass out, wake up, go "****, I'm hungry", roll on in, order whatever, bull**** with the dude, and be on my way.

The hardest fact is that until you stop ****ing around, your body's going to tell you you're ****ing around. I had a gym membership, but I made pretty half hearted attempts at dieting.

I can go on but you get the idea.
