Who's trying to lose weight this year??

I plateaued about 2 months ago, been pretty stable, not really gaining anything back, pretty happy actually. But I want to push for under 200 before my birthday, so getting back on it vigilantly starting this week. 15lb in 11 weeks, shouldn't be a problem.

Man, I am killing it. I am boxing everyday for about an hour 15 each time and absolutely soaked. Starting to feel like a machine.

Even though I haven't changed my diet that much, I have made some changes that work for me. I still like to eat bad stuff, but now I don't eat after 7, strictly followed and I only drink unsweetened green tea. No more soda at all. And when I do eat, I'm eating less.

Feeling great.

Down 110 pounds since November. Next stop is an even 200, then it's 180 then 160. Haven't weighed 200 in about forty years, I'm due.

Gone from shirt size 4x to 3x to 2x to x. Pants from 55 fitting tight to 44 fitting loose.

As least as good is my golf game has never been better now that I can actually move my body.

About every two years I need to loose a good 20lbs.. Seems I need to get started on this again. I was overweight my entire life until I was 16 then I dropped 60lbs in 2 months. I have been doing the +/- 10 pounds thing though seemingly every two years. With a pregnant wife I'm showing a little bit, time to get back at it. I got this weight thing whipped tho

I'd like to lose some weight as well, I weigh 180, and I'm 5'10, so according to the BMI calculator, Im slightly overweight, which needs to change. I started exercising last night, I did an hour on a stationary bike, my legs are pretty sore but I guess that's good. Im trying to eat better as well, I started the day with an apple, some berries, turkey breast, and some smoothie, along with a glass of water. Good luck to everyone!

Sorry for the double post, but good job man, keep it up! I used weigh 260 a few years ago, lost 80 pounds in 3 months once I started biking to work (22 mile round trip). It was incredible to eat literally anything I wanted knowing my body was going to just work the calories off anyways. I no longer bike to work but I've been able to maintain a healthy 170-200 lb weight ever since.

I signed up for a weight management program that my company offers: DNA test, trainer, nutritionist. We also have a huge fitness facility inside the building: cardio room, weight room, basketball course, aerobic room etc. I reduce my intake of fat and added more carbs to my diet and workout 1 hour daily (30 min cardio, 30 min weight lift) .

I have lost 8 pounds in 8 weeks and I can tell you that theres is a big difference in the way I feel. My goal is to drop another 8 pounds. From 182 to 165.
