Who's trying to lose weight this year??

I thought I'd share this:

I have heard that, if you like hot/spicy stuff, it can actually help with a diet. It's supposed to both be an appetite suppressant and a metabolism stoker.

I've been using two things for this:
- Red cayenne pepper powder
- Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Again, it's no help if you don't like hot stuff, but if you do, something like Frank's can really goose your meal. Plus, I just read it's nearly zero calories.

And by the way, if you still use loseit! add me!

The calorie counter on loseit seems a bit questionable. I very much doubt my hour of weightlifting burned 400+ calories. Also the servings can be weird, the firm tofu ones were counted in "pieces"... how many grams is that supposed to represent?

327kcal net for my day just doesn't make sense.

I got a box of these and the "Gold" label too. :hyper:

How's the gold labels one? Never had them.

I have about 25-30lbs to lose. I'm trying again starting today. I just use myfitnesspal.com to count calories and I have a fitbit tracker to count steps and calories burned. The biggest challenge for me is stress and depression causing me to want to eat junk or overeat. Going to the gym is a challenge as well when I'm not feeling well either mentally or physically as well. I tried to get back into it in December but it seemed like every time I started to go back I'd get sick, sprain my ankle, get sick again etc..
