Why is it his loss? Because he doesn't own an Apple product? Plenty of people, millions of them, get along just fine without an iPhone or other Apple product.
It is his loss because (surveys consistently show) there is a
better product out there and he refuses to even consider it.
Trends can say whatever you want them to. In my situation, the Droid3 is my best option.
Huh? I'm talking about the trend of owner experiences.
If you've got a product that ranks best by far in owner
experiences -- in three different large surveys -- how could
you not interpret that as a good thing?
When only 64% of Android users surveyed would stick with
that type of phone versus 84% for iPhone users, that says something.
