Why no tortoise pickguard?

Once, several years ago, when I was still a college lad, I took about five or six excedrin for a really bad hangover.

Never, ever do this.

About an hour later I was vomiting into a toilet bowl. Mind you, I was empty, as I hadn't eaten any food that day, having only been drinking water.

I was basically vomiting almost nothing but blood, as the water had been expelled in the first heaves (before I made it to the bathroom.

By the end, you couldn't see the bottom of the toilet bowl, there was so much blood in the water.

The next time I saw a tort pickguard, and ever time after that, this event is what I always think of.

It looks almost exactly the same.

Um, whatever.

OP, wear tort if you want. Contrary to what others say, do what you want to do. In the end that is all that matters!

The new ones always look terrible. The old ones not only look better, but SOUND better. We should lobby Fender for TORT REFORM!!!!!

(Political junky joke not intended to offend anyone. It was just too easy. I was cleaning the joke and it went off in my hands.)

(Cue horselaugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I'm so sleep deprived, this made me laugh hysterically!

I don't know...I kind of like white on sunburst. Hate it on black, though.
I guess you never wear tuxedos...

Apparently someone failed in your training. You must always treat the joke as if it were loaded, whether you think it is or not.
