I like the HAZ Mutron, but for the life of me, I can't hear a difference at all between the HAZ and a Q-Tron. They sound almost exact to me.

If my original Mutron III (late 70s model) sounded as good as this HAZ, I would have never bought my EBS BassIQ. The old Mutron is sitting in its box awaiting for a trip to Lingenberg Sound for a calibration and update job.
May have to look into obtaining a HAZ....just wish it was in a smaller package. But it sounds great! Better than my orig Mutron ever did. I know what I'm talking about....as I am a filter junkie.
