It is a well known issue with Windows 10 that Microsoft has apparently not owned up to yet, and there are no fixes that I know of.
Your print spooler shuts off and has to be restated manually every time you go to print something.
We just leave the Task Manager open to Services, and manually switch on the spooler every time we want to print something.
I don't even know whey they bother with Beta testing, as their finished products are universally crap right out of the gate, every time.
Windows 10 will run flawlessly within a few weeks of Microsoft introducing their next crappy OS; then they won't support 10 anymore....
