There's actually a push-stick on the other side of the fence - there's a bracket built right on to the saw from the factory.

As you can see, I've used it quite a bit, probably beyond its functionality. I should probably get a new one. But yeah, when I cut 1/4" fretboards, I use a 1/4" disposable push-stick :p

I'll take a look at that hardener when I go to the store. Taking another look at my stock, it seems I have some of the fast hardener in stock (205), but the mini pump I got last time I was there is not functioning correctly, so I really need to get another.

That's exactly what I'm using here. Two strips of masking tape on each, held together with super glue. For these types of temporary glue ups, it's all I use as well.

Fretboard is trimmed to size, and I have it nailed into place. It's just long enough to cover the truss rod slots with 23 frets. I have to imagine that some people might be thinking "Hey Mapleglo, why didn't you just do 24 frets?". The way I see this coming together, I'm thinking the fretboard will extend pretty deep into the body, with no high fret access above 19 or 20. So a 24th fret would just make the pickups squeezed together more tightly. Unless I just do one pickup. Still haven't decided.

It's like every time I go into the shop, I find another thing that I have to buy. My bandsaw blade is smoking and charring the neck blank. I really should get a new one. Along with epoxy. And that piece of walnut I have seems to developed a crack - I may need to get another. There happens to be a sale on walnut at the wood store. I can also pick up a new filter for my dust thingie. The list goes on. Anyway, I finally got a mockup:

Once I get a new bandsaw blade, I can continue working on the neck blank. And I need the epoxy to get started on the body wings.
