Bob is the first Sideman or Studio Musician to be honored with a star on The Musicians Walk of Fame in Nashville. The other honoree today was Steve Winwood, who shared how honored he was to have Bob play with him on his tour in 2004. Bob is not only Bass Royalty, he's Music Royalty.

I heard from Bobs wife Ann today. Bob is getting excellent care and is putting up one hell of a fight in typical Babbitt fashion. God bless him.
