I refrained from mentioning it before, but yeah, that pickguard looks like a toilet seat floating in outer space. You'll never unsee it.

Cool, no matter how you slice it! Maybe a clear scratch plate or just put the screws back in without a guard.

I got it recently, so it must be the uv has darken the finish somewhat. Almost looks like a blueburst

A Sting Ray just doesn't look right to me without the pickguard. I like both the black and white pearl guards.
