Why have a sparkly bass if you’re gonna cover it up? There’s no routing or cnc holes. If you want a pick guard get a clear one.

For some reference, here is mine with a white ice pickguard and a plan black one laying on top. I felt the plain black one did a better job at bringing out of the paint color.
