Jake - wow, quality music and super playing!

I am a huge fan of the the boys at WT and what they stand for and the way they go about it. Striving to improve is what WT are all about and they the instruments just keep getting better and better - it is always a pleasure to have them in the shop and they always impress. Your bass sounds perfect for the musical setting.

Super playing there Jake thanks for sharing, you indeed do some very surprising projects music wise. Very refreshing to see! The bass sound sincredible!

@ thenosebleedkid, I am afraid I am a boring person, and I quite like my boring basses aswell:D Funny footnote tho:smug:

bass update: Waiting for some parts from John East.. the bass will soon have an SP2 (internally adjustable frequency points for eq), but with a U retro mid module (stacked freq/boost). That'll just rock. I love the tone and flexibility of the SP2, but really miss the powerful and practical mid stack from the U retro.

So guys, without a W&T for some time, I'm back in the game!
I got my custom chronos in!
Lovely little bass this is, I have to do some setup work on it, and ofcourse it isnt played in yet, so I can say I have something to do in the evenings for now:smug:

So at the end you contacted him and asked what i suggested .I also contacted East about the same question /compatibility. But he did'nt answer .Glad it could be done.Think i will do the same at some point.I would also check if the module does not affect the sound "just being there" ,though
(i mean to assure th.the module itself does not add the "colour" that U-retro gives)

Hey alex, yeah I've got the mid module, haven't installed it yet , but I have my fingers crossed that it installs easy, works great, and doesn't color the tone at all. We'll see. Thanks for the tip, I'll let you know how it works out
