Worship Bass Pedalboards

With the Noble > OCS experiment, I am wondering if the DI is "close enough" to compromise a little fidelity, if it does what I think it might do, which is embellish the awesomeness of the Noble.
I also have the option of going Noble>OCS>JDI. We have a drawer full of those.

I got to use the Alpha/Omega and the Duncan Studio Compressor this weekend. I doubt anyone in the audience could tell it was different than normal, but the sound guy and the worship leader liked it. It did fill out the sound a little. I hate sound descriptions but I'd say it made the sound wider and the compressor helped make it punchy.
It's okay, I actually meant to post that in the praise/worship thread and accidently posted it here instead.

I have to stay off this thread! No I want an Omni Cab Sim and a Alpha/Omega Ultra.

I tried a different path on the 'big' pedalboard this weekend. I've been running the B3K always-on, except when not appropriate. So, moving it up seemed to be a good option.
Tuner > B3K > Anadime > Mosquite Loop [3Leaf Octabvre MINI, T2, Alter Ego] > OSC > Cali > Noble > FOH
Any other suggestions?I could swap the positions of the octave and chorus??? Get the octave out of the loop, and the chorus into it. I'm just swapping cabling, not physical position, as I like the layout.

Out the top drawer, as usual. Great tone man, the combination of your pedals certainly works a treat. Cool stick change by your drummer too...
And as always, a brilliant preach. I've said it before, I'd commute, but South Africa is a tad far hahahaha
1) you guys sound great
2) everyone is playing as if they are in a band
3) everyone learned their parts
4) I can see everyone in the band on the video, including the bass player
5) I can hear all the instruments on the video
6) The mix is great
7) the video production is also great
What planet did you say your church was on, and are they selling any spaceship tickets to get there?
But seriously, I would drop my church in 1 second to hook up with players like this. Lately I have been leaving feeling defeated.

Man, some of you guys play in real big time settings. Lights, sound, big stages, etc. I think we have it nice with our system/set up (and we do I guess) but it's nothing in comparison to some of these. We don't record our services any more - or at least I don't know where to get hold of them to post here. I think we sound ok.

I usually like to stay on top of new music gear technology. But mostly bass equipment though. Ill admit I'm quite out of touch with new PA and mixing technology. What is the unit on the stand if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks Brent! That is a mixer for our in-ears. Digital, you can save your settings, so another can use the same unit. It has the capabilities to run two different in-ear mixes at the same time. And - it sounds great!
This afternoon I had a call to do a fill-in with the WT at a Revival this evening. I really enjoyed the experience. They provided charts on an iPad, and we had a chance to do a rough run-through / sound check beforehand. We lead worship for an hour before the speaker. It went well, and I was asked if I could do Thursday's as well.
I used my small pedalboard, and tried the OCS as last and DI to FOH, and it worked wonderfully. I'll use it on this board as a grab and go combo. I also grabbed my Anadime Bass Chorus, and it came in very handy as well.
