Beta testing tomorrow with the Warwick Corvette bubinga fretless. It’s taking the spot of the Wren and Cuff Gold comp just for the sake of trying it out. I love the Gold Comp with the Germanium circuit, and I have the same Germanium section on my other board in the W&C Super Russian. (As I’ve mentioned it’s the same circuit as a certain pink W&C pedal that isn’t church appropriate :whistle:). Also subbed out the Meatbox (not needed tomorrow) for the chorus for some sparkly Jaco-ful frolicking. View attachment 3557582View attachment 3557583

I like the new look of the Durham. The one I had was white w/blue lettering. Great sounding pedal!

i just took everything but the tc electronic tuner, i had boss geb7, a boss dd-3 delay, mxr chorus and a keeley bassist limiter. i never have i like compressors i got one cause the sound man said i should get one, but he's gone now. i am getting rid of the compressor. like to sell them or trade them for a multi effect pedal for church, when i play outside the church i use know effects.

Swapped things around again. Been playing a lot with octave/OD lately for big hits and choruses. So I've decided to finally try out the BMS for those. Also trying the Plumes as my Tubescreamer of choice. I've had some variant of TS on my board for a bit now. Usually the TS9DX+, but this one seems promising so far. There is a buffered splitter under the board. So I have a "Clean" channel of BMS->Volume->Tuner->Splitter(out to a RNDI)->The Elements->Plumes->Noble to finish off the "Dirty" channel.

I’m thinking about eventually making some changes to my board, by splitting it into 2 boards, in hopes of simplifying (no, seriously! :D)

My thoughts are this- make a small DI board, with only things that are end-of-chain electric and upright dual purpose. Tuner> HPF> Noble. Maybe OCSD. That way:
1) I’ll never have to remove the DI if I’m only in need of a small board; like:
2) on DB weeks when I basically only use a DI and tuner;
3) I can get a separate, isolated power supply for my effects board, since the Noble’s is not and doesn’t quite get along with all my pedals at the same time;
4) I’ll have a little more room for cool effects (so TB...)
5) I can have the tuner after the compressor, so it won’t amplify the pop when I step on it when it’s ahead
6) I can use the small board into my amp on secular DB gigs (or into the PA)

I have 2 small boards now so I can leave one for church and have one for the cover band at home. I'm actually going to go to just one (the church one) which will actually make it a little less convenient as I'll have to bring it back and forth, but I just love the sound from Radial JDI and it seems silly to have 2 of the same board so...

Going to go back to wired IEM's as I just don't move around much more than my 12 ft. cable that Dave made and I don't have time to switch basses so just a simple wired system seems easiest.

I have sold off some pedals and have a few more to sell but I just got a new HX Stomp and Morningstar MC6 to replace all of the analog stuff I had. It is REALLY quiet and I really like a few of the presets - I'll probably spend a qood amount of time tweaking stuff and having funs with it - after 4 hours of playing with it, I am IMPRESSED! I have not been using my old pedalboard rig because of the weight and the MoM's freaking out...52lbs with the road case with pedals on a Metro 24. I can put both boxes on a Nano+ board with room to spare.

I am a midiot - so I have a lot of learning to do to use the Morningstar box but I certainly have the time to do so.
