My board is going through some major changes. I picked up a Genzler 4 On The Floor. It has a really nice transparent overdrive. I don't know if it will translate live over the big speakers, but in my practice room, I am loving it.
I'm also liking the Warm Audio Pedal76. It has less color than the Cali76 and it's a bit easier for me to dial in what I want. Even without a 'dry' blend, the Pedal76 seems to have a less 'obvious' compression. The Cali76 is much smoother whereas the Pedal76 has a bit more of an edge to it (comparatively). The Cali76 seems to be a well engineered tank and the Pedal76 is a good bit larger. But, given the pros and cons, the Pedal76 is going to the next service to see how it performs.
At the moment, the Stomp is off the board. I am using my Cog pair--octave and fuzz. It's a much bigger board, but the only thing I'm missing over the Stomp is a chorus. I'll add that on the floor when needed.
But, who knows. I'm off for a few weeks so it could change 10 times before I'm scheduled to play.
