Worst Bass Cab You Have Played Through?

Fender Rumble v3 1x15 stack (two 1x15s)

Thought my Traynor YBA200-2 was broken or something. Bought back my old Kasino 2x15s with Eminence Legends and the Traynor sounded phenomenal again. Every other cab I played it on sounded great, except those Rumble cabs

Most Markbass cabs I've tried although I did get on with the 810.
I outed the Berg AE112's pretty quickly

The Fender 412 Pyramid cabinet; I've never heard or played through one. Everyone seems to hate them. But why, specifically?

What was the design goal? A quasi-horn? Efficiency? Focusing?

I hear people saying they are terrible, but how?

Too middy? Not enough mids? Beamy? No bottom? What is it?

I'd just like to understand just what makes them so bad rather than just "It sucks" or whatever.

The 12’s were low wattage guitar speakers with tiny voice coils. The baffle board seams would separate too easily. You’ll see pics of many with a lot of caulk in an attempt to glue the seams back together.

I do know a guy who had one in great condition. I believe he reinforced the seams. He wanted to use the cabinet for bass (with an 100 watt tube amp) and with guitar. He replaced the speakers with 4 Jensen 100 watt C12k speakers. Although, pretty low Xmas for bass, and not bass speakers, they worked well and he was quite happy with the results.
