Worst chain restaurant?

I thought that as well until they redid everything. Now i'm quite a fan of Hardee's.

I will do an occasional burger from Hardee's, and I like their breakfast Frisco Sandwich. Tots are good too. It falls into the list of 'on rare occasion' burger joints like Sonic and Steak And Shake that I'll go to when its what my friends want. Rarely on my own, though.

Most all of them.

I will give Mickey D's something, whenever their is a large plane of soldiers landing at pete field coming back from Iraq, the local McDonalds have donated a big mac and a soda for every soldier and the volunteers that hand them out as they get off the plane.

almost all chain restaurants in america are mediocre at best. I ate IHOP for the 2nd time in my life a few weeks back and quickly remembered why i hadn't ate there in about 10 years. my wife and i go out to eat usually 2 times a week and i'm not sure why we bother, it's almost always a disappointment, other than when we go to get bbq ribs or go to the super tasty korean restaurant near by.

Most fast food restaurants specialize in salt and grease (the meat and potatoes are just there to hold said salt and grease. :smug:) I like salt and grease, so I have no complaints about McDonald, KFC, or other similar food chains.

I just don’t eat there every day. ;)

Veggie Max? Ptewie!!!! :spit::spit::spit::spit:

Most of our local and semi-local On The Borders are pretty good, so I was lulled into a mistaken sense of security and ate at a different one.

Less than half an hour after I finished, I had a sudden need for a bathroom. Mere moments later I discovered what it feels like to be a cannon. It's somewhat surprising that I didn't break the toilet.

For the most part, other than that time, I don't get stomach problems. If it's bad enough to make MY stomach upset, it's bad enough to kill a normal person.

IHOP is horrible. We (2 people) waited fifteen minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink; 10 minutes until they took our order and 30 minutes is what it took for our food to get to our table.

Sonic is the greasiest, most disgusting fast food I have ever eaten! I only ate there one time, there were four of us and we all ordered something different, but every meal was actually inedible :eek: That junk is so grease-laden you can't even pick up the burger to eat it without it falling apart. That is one putrid chain .... as are pretty much all fast food places.

Booger King is equally nasty. The Tender Crisp Chicken Sandwich has 810 calories, 47g total fat, 72g of carbs. Compare that to McDonald Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which has 510 calories, 26g of total fat, and 47g of carbs. Both are life-ending time bombs, but the BK is brutal. Not to mention the sodium levels, which are all screaming high at these fast food places.

Learn to cook, folks ... :cool:

Gotta say Applebee's after seeing a UPS truck being unloaded at the back door. A couple of employees from the restaurant were helping stack the boxes and carry them in on dollies when one of the stacks collapsed. The top box broke open and chicken went everywhere....No ice, no dry ice, just raw chicken in a plastic bag stuffed into a box.

Salmonella on the wing....
