My P with solid rosewood neck is a little neck heavy. Nothing a good strap can't fix. It's definitely heavier ont he end than my other Fenders.
I had one of those. The neck dive was so bad the bass was almost unplayable.My first bass back in the 80’s. It was a Vantage VP802 something or another. Cracks me how because these basses are now “sought after” because they are Matsumoku made. Heavy and horrible neck dive.
My custom TeleWhat bass have you played that had the worst neck dive? For me, it was my Epiphone EB-3. I couldn't let go of the neck for a millisecond before the headstock did a kamakazi attack on the floor.
