With the small but elite following Mr Woods has I would have to say yes..... not for me, but is it investment worthy...YES

I've also heard that Walter has made arrangements for someone else to be able to repair his amps in the future, should he ever decide to retire. Can anyone else confirm that?

I've always hoped that this is what he would do. Whom ever he picked, would have to be a twenty first century sorcerer's apprentice of sorts, because there are so many different models. Once the schematics are entrusted to someone else, it sort of becomes a given that they will eventually be released or sold. But this is all supposition on my part ,and switch mode power supply amps are very practical to build now AI, EA, Markbass, and even GK build them and some of them are very good.
