I'm curious.

Broken toes physically hurt, perhaps for years, and you can't sell your damaged toe somewhere down the line when it becomes unbearable. I don't think so, anyway.

I actually broke a finger when building many years ago, but not realising it, went on to record a bass track that night with it...(I'd never had anything broken before and thought it was just bruising. It healed up nicely, and the bass track still turned out great lol.

i've had a number of broken toes, and some were much easier to live with than others.

I broke my right big toe in 1987 at 16 years old. It has told me when it's going to rain ever since.
