re-listening to the last clip (#3), I guess it is close to what Im looking for....And if I read "Tone off" correctly, this means that you minimised whatever mid-scoop the tone gives?

Thanks...
I think ill prolly pull the trig after i get the QSC and Avatar parts of my half stack

Now to decide: Attack Goat or Messdrive+ ?
Just to support my Canadian brethren, I'd say WP Attack Goat...![]()
it is TrueBypass. and... thanks!great clips, Burgermeister. This is the closest to what I've been looking for, I think. I've liked the sounds and what I've read of the MXR blowtorch, but I haven't found any clips as extensive as yours for the goat, on that pedal.
Sorry if I missed this, but does this pedal have a true bypass?

This thread makes me want every fuzz I've ever heard and to connect them in a massive loop of entirely fuzz, overdrive, and distortion and never not have a distortion sound I need![]()
Finally putting together a "real rig" again?![]()
Stupid WoW, and its stupid addictingness.....
Now back to our original topic....![]()

^ unfortunatly that happens a lot, unless there is a lot of sonic room left for the bass fuzz (muse's "hysteria" for a common example), or the fuzz is really promonint in the right midrange of frequencys
Plus, if you set the pedal for unity gain, i believe you're bass will sound lower in volume if the fuzz is eaten up by the guitars etc., which is why I say id turn it on if there was only one guitar in a band I was in, and he/she (i would prefer "she") was off soloing.
this is what i was kind of afraid of. So it seems like it may have to be all or nothing with distortion.
