Count me in. Here's my BB615 my sister bought me a couple of weeks ago. I love this thing! Very good bass. Very good tones you get out of it too. Sorry if the pic isn't that great, I used the camera in my phone to take it.

That is a very blue bass. Looks like it could either be an early TRB or a Nathan East-era BB like the BBG4; what's the model?

It's actually a MIJ TRB-II, but I replaced the stock pre-amp (which is what most agree is not a great pre) with a new Bartolini 3 band. Now she sings! The Bart matches up VERY well with the Yam humbuckers. A vast improvement over the stock pre-amp.

nice find there prattguy, i have a one exactly the same, i love my BBG5A's they just have a certain........ i dunno but i love mine.

nice BB there too aftershock, i love those P5 pickups they are sweet.

Thanks, Darthplagis....those instruments are remarkably good for their price, i had a Neck-THrough Ibanez 1205 that was beautiful but in the tone department was anemic, this Yammer can kick the living S#$T out of many basses out there...., by the way, which strings work the best for you, Darthplagis...or any other BBG5A owner, for that purpose?

Here's my BB NE 2, and you guessed it, that's the man himself autographing it for me. I traded a Keith Roscoe SKB 3005 for it, and couldn't be happier. The day after I purchased it, I attended a FourPlay concert, and he graciously signed it for me.

Man, congrats on a real beauty. Saying that you traded a Roscoe for it and couldn't be happier speaks volumes.

congrats virgil, i really fancy a BBNE but a signed one would be the mutts nutts.

as for the strings for my BBG5A's i prefer warwick yellow label strings, they are nickel but have the feel of steel (that i prefer) plus the B is tapered which tightens the tone alot.

here is a link to my BB's (they are in this thread but a good few pages back so i will just pop up links)
