This was shot last spring and was finally released a few days ago. This is a band that I no longer play with.

Edit: The bass was a Hohner HRB-DLX with a MM style p/u from a G&L L-2000... However, the video was shot BEFORE the song was recorded (using a scratch track of some sort) and to be completely honest, I'm not sure if the bass on the final version is me or another player.

This is NOT my usual bag, but it was quite the challenge, so I did it.

Everything was written out (some parts by me, some by the guitarist/composer) except for my solo.

Insane rhythms, 20th century classical tonality and speed licks. Nice to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there.

Everything but Teardrops on my guitar was done with a Tribute G&L L2000 through a galleon kruger amp (can't remember what model off the top of my head)and 1x15 cabinet. Teardrops was done with a Squier Jazz with flatwounds.

I had a few misses, but I keep getting told it happens

I know that Dean is a member here on TB, but I have not seen him post anything as of yet. It would be great to get his input! (Hint, hint. )

Dean literally wrote the book on bass harmonics and has written a number of articles in periodicals such as Bass Player and Guitar Player Magazine. It's great to see him demonstrating his skills accompanied by a live drummer in this video.
