Awesome response guys! Thanks for the input. Looks like just about any cables, either handmade or bought, is a decent cable as long as you don't go for the cheap ones. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'd like to stay around $30-$50 but may be willing to splurge if a good one that lasts longer than most pops up. Seems like I have a lot of good options.
BTW, I am a regularly gigging musician, playing at 3 churches and in 2 bands, one being a touring band, so I need good, reliable accessories, including cables.

Just like the title says, what's your favorite cables and why do you like them so much? I was using Planet Waves with the little kill switch on it but I've had some of them die on me in the last year. I'm currently using an Elixer cable that's a good quality cable but is kind of stiff. So, I'm posting this thread to ask what others use for some insight on what's good these days. Thank you for your input.
Sure wireless. Why mess with cables?
