Mastodon - Crack the Skye. Pretty much all of the Mastodon albums have all had really awesome artwork in around and all over their albums. They are even cooler when in vinyl format.

Her name's Dolores Erickson and she used to have her own website: WhippedCreamLady.com -- No longer up. She was pregnant at the time of the cover shoot, and most of it is shaving creme & cotton.

You think? Back in the day, I recall seeing that album all the time in bins....it was never banned or covered up...even in the NEX record stores.
Now that Roxy Music cover (Country Life)was a different story. That pushed the limit.
(I also wondered if the word "Country" was a double entendre).
