Now that's what I'm talkin' about.

The "interactive" LP covers were the best. Anything with manipulatives, extreme visuals, cut outs, posters, etc.

Remember the KISS LP covers? They always had KISS ARMY stickers, KISS masks, stuff like that.

The Green Nazi's would have had a fit back in the day with all extra packaging. I'm glad I grew up in a vinyl generation.

LOL, right. Man, the whole "cover art" concept has pretty much disappeared with the digital download era. It's sad, because, IMHO, rock/pop has always been a visual medium as well as an audio medium.

This album by the band Blackjack featuring Michael Bolton and Bruce Kulick along with drummer was Sandy Gennaro and bass player was Jimmy Haslip was cut to look and open like a pack of playing cards.

This Three Dog Night album Seven Separate Fools came with 7 deck cards, one for each band member.

Alice Cooper Muscle Of Love came in a cardboard box.

The .38 Special Strength In Numbers album had the number 38 die cut in the front and back cover. The inner record sleeve had photos of the band members on one side and colored segments on the other that fit behind the die cut windows.
