What are some of your favorite made in the USA basses?

    My top two are:

Schecter Custom Shop - Sun Valley, California.

Sadowsky - Long Island City, New York

I'll have to go with Kiesel and Rickenbacker since those are the only made in USA basses I have.

  5. My 2013 Fender American Deluxe Precision bass is the best bass I've ever owned.

I have an Am Dlx Jazz too, but I like the P more.

This thread should belong to Peavey.

...and Fender, and Ernie Ball/Music Man, and Carvin (Kiesel), and...
  12. Now that I have thought about it, the only two MIA basses I have are an old Fender and a Peavey.
They happen to be the ones I play most.

I think I'd have a harder time listing my favorite not made-in-America basses!
(Well... F Bass, Wal, ACG... maybe Warwick? Human Base? Vox?)

But most of the instruments I love or loved are/were American:
    - Pedulla
    - Tobias
    - Spector
    - Steinberger, back in the 1980s
    - Alembic
    - Travis Bean
    - Modulus Graphite
    - Rob Allen
    - Sadowsky
    - Schecter, back in the 1980s
    - Curbow
    - Fodera
    - Fender, back in the 1960s
