One of the cool things about this one is that the two stars actually sing the theme song.

The original Law & Order theme was brilliant: again synth, great electric piano and that guitar thing. Mike Post of course. He was great at handing off the "melody" across the instrument palette. This is the complete version which has an interesting middle section.

The Tonight Show theme has been mentioned. I love it.

But the Tonight Show's closing theme, Little Darlin' by the Count Basie Orchestra, is hard to beat.
