This is not a theme but it deserves honourable mention.
Herb Ellis used to play a killer version of The Flintstones theme, solo or as a cool duo with Barney Kessel. The song's got a classic jazz standard structure, so played like a bat out of hell it's a great platform for a great player. I saw Herb play it all alone at George's Spaghetti House in Toronto many moons ago and was blown away. Then I saw the duet a couple of years later in Ottawa when he and Barney were on tour with Charlie Byrd as a guitar trio show. Great playing again. Anyway, since this is TalkBass, here's a fun version with Herb and Ray Brown.
Another long version. The second verse is surprisingly introspective and touching.
Meanwhile, Carol Kaye got a bit funky with this one.........
It Won't Be Easy by Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues. The song was used for the opening and closing credits for the British tv show Star Cops.

That's a great walking Bass line that swings!
I'm positive that's Chuck Rainey playing that.
The closing theme I like just as much. It has more of a gospel feel to it.
The original " I Spy " TV theme, closing credits in particular playing thru the changes.
This is a fun CD of 65 TV theme songs, from early morning cartoons to prime time dramas.
Edit: I’ve always been fascinated with the impact and longevity of these tunes, especially given how short they are!

I never saw this,but my dad had this Quincy Jones album on 8 track.
