Your favourite interest/hobby (not musical)

Appropriate lead in - NICE modeling!! I modeled Burlington Northern precursors (CB&Q, NP, GN) in HO scale back in the 90's. Wrote articles for both Mainline Modeler and Model Railroader, even did a lot of urethane casting and molding for custom parts.

Restored a 1957 Chevy two door hdtp frame-off back in the 80's, sold in '95. Working on a 1976 vehicle now, full restoration, it's a surprise....tell you more later....

Been in collecting and restoring classic pinball machines since 1998. Own 13 titles, oldest is a 1977 model, newest is 1991.

Been involved in a lot of hobbies!!

@ Deathblade Eric, wow! That's really impressive paint work (Not likely to fit in my paintbooth!) the woodgrain is just fantastic.

@ Popbumper I wrote a dozen or so articles for Mainline Modeler, Bob Hundman got so tired of seeing me that he hired me on for awhile as Assoc. Editor, but after about 9 months he'd driven me crazy and I quit for greener pastures.

This one's in the scale thread too, it's a resin and brass PS 4785
