Your most ridiculous pedal

lalala048.jpg

This was a toy voice changer.

If I can count my M13 because I love it and try so hard to use it in weird ways. Even looking down at the footprint of it still makes me go "you better use every little bit of this" just to justify upgrading from the M9. :p

On the opposite spectrum of things. My Henretta Engineering Bluebird Fuzz pedal. Hands down my favorite fuzz pedal I've ever owned. And quite a change coming from the Swollen Pickle and BAT Pharaoh.

Tiny 2"x2" enclosure no knob fuzz. Internally it has an output trim pot(I turn to 10, naturally) and a bright/dark dip switch. It sounds great on bass or guitar whenever I need pure torn speaker sounding insanity.

Now that is pretty hip!! Got any sound clips??

So I just thought of something else that is pretty cool and unconventional that I use. Y'all remember those little keychain like things that made raygun and bomb noises? I have one of those and put it near my pups and it comes through my amp. Layer some effects (especially delays) on top and you get some pretty trippy stuff.

No clips of it with bass but here it is with a keyboard

My most ridiculous pedal is also one of my most practical pedals: Barge Concepts VFB-2. It's a blend loop pedal, but also has a button and knob for doing feedback, which will send the loop signal back into itself. Using it with a big muff and leaning down to tweak some knobs can get me some almost synth tones and can tweak into some weird noises between songs and whatnot. It's a great loop pedal, btw.

Pitch Pirate. Noise Box. AB-Synth. The Goose. One of those.

Halophaze shipped today, that is ridiculous for other reasons.

Most ridiculous I've owned was a Trogotronic 665. Holy hell.

I actually lived down the street from the Henretta guy.
