My favourite bass so far. I love the adjustable double split coil pups, and what appears to be active, clip-lead selectable tone and volume components. Too many knobs for me, but it's a beautiful thing, and probably plays as smooth as it looks! Definitely a "keeper". One suggestion: use a locking strap with it. You can't be too careful with a custom bass.

Good advice on the locking strap

Swap the ps fir anything!!
Clip in 0- however many knobs!!
Add in whatever tone cap you want!!

Looks a little pinker than most shell pink Fenders...nice!

Could have gone for the faded, road worn approach but shiny new nitro shell pink makes a statement.

Thanks, from what I can tell it's the only 1 with a maple fretboard. They did 1 with a maple fretboard and 1 with a rosewood fretboard with that seafoam sparkle finish. I believe they also did 1 caprice with this finish.

Love this. I really love the jazz bass tone but not a big fan of the body design so I really appreciate the look of this. I've often thought about modding a StingRay with some jazz pickups but it might be a little too crazy.
