i have a revised version of what i really want.

Jazz body. Jazz neck, but 24 frets. reverse fender headstock. deep rosewood fretboard so its almost black. block pearl inlays. white binding on the neck. black pickguard with white border, non-glossy. deep metallic purple body but still a non glossy finish. so its shiny metallic, but not a glossy finish.
peavey t40 pickups and electronics, but coil tapping push pull pots over the volume knobs, not the tone 7-10 coil tapping weirdness.
a series/parallel switch instead of a phase switch.
string through bridge. like the fender americans, all chrome hardware.
3-way pickup selector switch
see that black stripe thats all broken up on the Cuda?
it would start on the back of the body
and continue all the way down the neck and up to the headstock
but it would correspond with the frets on the neck

Spector Euro 4LX - stock electronics. See the Cuda above? That color, in a metalflake, on the body (solid, not see-through stain) with a matching headstock. Chrome bridge/tuners/knobs and an ebony board with abalone blocks.

This, except with standard Ric electronics, a non flipped headstock and the triangle inlays. And in a green/blue burst. Or just solid green.
here's mine, a couple home made jobs.
Kind of a weird one...Thunderbird style.
Black Korina body
Maple neck, pau ferro fretboard with pearloid sharkfin inlay. Important bit: I don't want an angled headstock. I still want the Thunderbird headstock, just not angled back. I like the straight headstocks with string trees. 20 frets, same profile as an Epiphone Thunderbird Pro.
Active pickups, haven't decided on type yet. 2-band EQ, volume, and blend.
Some type of high-mass bridge, string through bridge only.
Mixed black and chrome hardware. By mixed, I mean like a black bridge plate with chrome saddles, chrome nuts on black tuners, and so on. I did this on one of my throwaway basses once, and it looked awesome.

Ok lets see 6 string jazz with nordy single coils(60s pickup placement) black gloss body, alder body, mike pope 3 band stacked vol/blend, bass/treble, mid/passive master tone, with a active/passive switch mini switch all in a jazz control plate, wired 18 volts routed to a double battery box in the back of the body, maple neck, rosewood board, medium frets, pearloid block inlays, hipshot a style bridge non bridge through, 4/2 headstock 33 inch scale, white or pearloid pick guard, side output, all hardwear would be chrome or gold finished. Bolt on. Classy.
I would have to have two to cover two different tones I like to acheive.
I would want a passive, alder bodied P/J P with a V/V/T setup and American standard pups. Aged oly white, or black w/o a P/G. Also one with a trans orange finish and red tort P/G. BadAss II; or Am. Standard string-thru. Black hardware, black headstock, satin neck finish. "Modern" C Fender P neck with dot inlays. I'd keep four in four different tunings; as I now have money to afford four of the same CS basses because I'm famous and rich enough to be endorsed. Oh; Fender 8250 or Roto 66s.
Passive J. Black alder body, maple FB, pearl blocks and white binding. "Modern C" Fender J neck. White pearl P/G. Satin neck finish; chrome hardware. '70s spacing with '75 RI pups. Just two of these; a Drop-D bass and a stadnard tuned one. I understand I've just spec'ed out Geddy's bass minus the neck profile and pups; but I really like the look and sound of basses like that. Same strings.

FC I love looking at your Alembic collection bro.
Your bass would be about the top of the list for my personal signature series EXCEPT it would be 4 string.
I would also like one in natural. The awsome way Alembic puts layers and layers of awsome woods together.
Other than those, I'll take a solid satin black finished walnut Cirrus with a maple top and back and a maple face headstock. neck through and 34" scale.
Or just give me something in a Buzzard flavor please.
