So whats the verdict on this? Was the friggin thing made by Alembic or what?
I believe it was made at Alembic after closing hours (Shopnight bass)

Probably just a stock Rickenbacker 4003 with a unique color.![]()
i actually have one although now i would change the face wood to brazilian rosewood. My first Fodera built in 1983. Vinny actually inlaid my signature on it. Crotch walnut, over swamp ash, ebony board , the electronics have changed a few times over the years. currently sporting 2 split coil hum cancelling pups. handcut g and f clefs on the octaves.
