Personally, I've been trying to support Irish artists so I grabbed a few things on my wishlist, but I did grab a bit of a bargain from @PhR75
Bought this one solely on the tune "Country Music", which I find quite funny.
Instrumental surf guitar music, which I think as a genre gets a deservedly bad rap, but this record avoids a lot of the surf guitar cliches, and a lot of the ambient guitar cliches.
I bought a different Marbled Eye record a few months ago and picked this one up yesterday, it was $1 USD so I kicked in $5. I really like the song Coated on this EP, but you've got to hear "See it Too" on their more recent record "Read the Air".
Singer-songwriter girl music. It was on my radar last BCF but I had bought too much other stuff already.
These guys are really cool, they've been getting some attention posting DIY kinda music videos on Reddit. The tunes and the performances are really tight IMO...the recording quality isn't great but I can put up with it. This one is on pre-order until next month.
Next BCF is Oct. 3! I'm stuck in recording purgatory until my garage renovation is complete unfortunately, so no idea when I'll have more tunes to share, either from Big Cat or under my own name.
