Ok, I've had a look at it.
I'm not 100% certain it satisfies all our needs so I've emailed copy.com to ask them more about it.

I know it was an accident Koolbassplayer and you are forgiven! ;)
But this is a big hassle that I really didn't need!

Going through some of the patches here and wondering if you guys had any suggestions for
1) Blues
2) Country (ie Willie Nelson, etc.)

I just picked up the Zoom for the DI and tuner functions, and I am slowly learning the patch functions, but to be honest, I am new to bass, so I don't even know where to begin on the pedal chain and where to end. I am a harmonica player, so this is all new to me.

When I import a DL patch does the zoom recognize that I reversed my order?? I have it right at the end of my chain (before my BDPG) and the order is 3-2-1. Do I need to reverse all effects??

So, Oz's Warmfunk on my "unit" is MComp > Bottom B > Aguilar?

Oz is this correct??

I think it has some sort of booster/pre-amp in line there somewhere.

The beginning of that clip sound like a blended overdrive like the Ibanez tube screamer with a sansamp bass driver played with a p bass.

Hello,
I am trying to replicate or get as close as possible to the Synth sound during the break in Beauty and the Beat.
I have had some success with the Warp Phaser, but the problem is ( tracking ) the notes are fast and the Warp Phaser turns it mush.
I have also tried the different synth patches that were shared in this tread, but while they sound great, they don't respond fast enough.
Any suggestion on how to get a synth to have a shorter cut off, respond faster ?if that is the correct term.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First off, much thanks to everyone in the community for posting all of this. The wealth of information here on TalkBass is what convinced me to buy the Zoom B3. I play in an 80's tribute/showband and I am trying to get some authentic tones with this thing. So, anyone have a suggestion on how to get that Ross Valory tone a la the obligatory "Don't Stop Believing"? I know there is a artist patch on the B3 already but it seems to fall short for me. Obviously tons of chorus but what about sim and EQ or boost? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a few patches. I don't actually own the pedal yet, but I'm saving. In the meantime I'd like to know what to dial in when I get it. Anyway, I'm looking at that Meshuggah Chaosphere tone. I'm thinking that the chain would sound nice like this: Noisegate set so that it eliminates hum but can also handle quick stops and starts well, Comp+Dist patched to be pretty compressed with a mild OD over it from the dist side, into the GK simulator with bass cut, treble mildly cut, and mids all the way up. Do you think that will sound ok?

Here's a new patch idea I came up with. this patch is low gain distortion patch that has sounds punchy and heavy. an excellent patch for metal.

Grind

Section 1: m comp: thresh: 25, ratio: 5, level: 90, attack: 7

Section 2: squeak: gain: 10, tone: 50, level: 100, balance: 25

Section 3: bassdrive: bass: 4, treble: 3, presence: -2, gain: 57, blend: 75, level: 100, mid: 5

If you're talking about the song don't stop believing by journey, a chorus effect with slow speed and higher depth can easily give you that sound. perhaps this patch can help you out.

Warm stereo chorus

Section 1: znr: thresh: 17, detect: efxln, level: 100

Section 2: stereocho: Depth: 75, rate: 17, mix: 50, locut: 200hz, level: 90

Section 3: acoustic: bass: 4, mid: 5, treble: 3, midfq: 300 hz, gain: 40, level: 90, bright: off, cab: ha4x10, level: 50
