From page 7 of the product manual, it looks as though effects with more than 4 parameters use a "Large Effect" interface that spans pages/screens.

I'm dumbfooted, I'd smash all over those bottom buttons when clicking on a stomp.
The amp/cab modeling section in this unit is based on IRs (impulse responses) and this would be a major score in a bass multi-effects!

They need to add an XLR out for the bass version though. But I like the aux in/headphone addition.Here's hoping that Zoom will also release a bass version of this!

Yes, the lack of a balanced XLR out on this unit has me concerned, but is nothing that a regular external DI box could not help with!
Rather than pull the trigger on something like this I'd wait to see if they release a bass version first. The B3 is still very fine for now. Even if they did release a B5n I wouldn't just jump out and buy one. My plan is to buy a B1on to augment my setup anyway! I consider it a $49 upgrade. 
I'm sort of torn on this one, unless they absolutely are coming out with a B5n or Bass version. I'd hate to give up on some of the bass-specific sounds and effects I'm already using a LOT from the B3, and the lack of XLR on this new unit is a drag.
If there IS a bass version coming, then I can deal with adding the direct box to the equation to have all the extra switching functions and effects slots in one unit. But if not, then I'd probably instead investigate the new GK preamp/DI and run my B3 or B1Xon in its FX Loop. I'd then probably leave the Zoom in patch mode rather than stomp mode, and simply switch presets as needed to change effects, although...not sure...hmmmm

True true. It does seem like an odd omission though since the G5 has one. I would be totally psyched if they came out with a B5n but with the discontinuation of the b9.1ut and what seem like a lack of support/updates on the B3 and the MS...
I would love to be surprised though!

My gut feeling is that a B5n is perhaps in the works for a future product, but is now not on display in the NAMM 2016 booth.
Zoom usually mirrors their next bass product off of their last guitar product, so let's hope history repeats itself, and that they add an XLR out to the borrowed chassis!
