Anyone else prefer presence/feel over loudness?

Presence. Can’t define it but I know it when I hear it. Virtually the entirety of the TB classifieds is based on this premise.

I know exactly what you mean! Subtle differences really go a long way, or big changes like different strings can make a world of difference. Thanks so much for watching!Great video! It does demonstrate some of the tonal differences between the two. It almost makes me wonder if you could tell a difference between 2 of the same bass in other words 1 EBMM vs another or one SBMM vs another.
I know I’ve played several of the exact same bass that sounded a little different than each other. More than just pickups, controls, and preamps. I’ve played Ps and Js of the exact model, right down to the finish, that sounded noticeably different from each other.
It could be anything, small differences in the wood density, pickup winding, etc can make a tonal difference. Sometimes you find that bass that is just “right”, other times you get one that just doesn’t saound as good no matter what you do.
1. The song is "Angel from Montgomery" and it may not be a measure of 3/4 but there is something weird in most versions.1. What kind of cover has 4/4 and 3/4 in the same verse?
2. What kind of drummer can't switch to a measure of 3/4? Oh yeah, never mind - an unprepared one.
They're in the US. So I believe it should be a US bank. I have not heard anything since placing my order. I have emailed twice.I put in an order around that time as well, and got an email a few days ago saying that my credit card was declined. Which is not a surprise, I think almost no European banks will accept just the credit card number from an online form anymore. They require online authentication through their systems.
I suggested we could use PayPal, or I could wire the money if they gave me the details, but no reply as of yet.
Has anyone else encountered this? Any workarounds?
I have now a 2nd C4, in order to have a true 4 Ohms load for my Fender Dual Showman.ah ...this is the cab i might go for ...all good i trust?
My daughter and SiL went to the Berkley show too. They had very different reactions. She loved Dylan, liked Lucinda ok, but did not care for John Doe.
If I had the chance, I would have been very happy to see Bob, just to say I had.
