My friends selling his PA speakers, I can get them for next to nothing, but Would I be able to use them as bass cabs? I don't know whether the bass head would hurt them or not. I'm running an Ashdown MAG 300, and the speakers are Kustom KPC215H 2x15's. Thanks

Very nice, I love the guards on it, but I could never play with them on, so I had to decided between looking cool or sounding good, haha.

just make sure if mix and match a PA, which may or may not be cheaper in the long run depending on what you get, that you buy a powered mixer. My band had a little problem with that....not fun.

I definetely agree with that. I bought a new bass when I had a couple shows lined up, and now the shows have slowed up and I find it hard to spend the money on a head/cab etc. So I hope I get some more shows soon...I wanna buy more toys. :)

It just depends on what you like, on my old bass I left the tone knob in one position the whole time, so the single volume knob is great for me, as the tone just got in the way. I've used Line 6 combos before, and they're the best combo's I've ever used. I'd go with Line 6 all the way.
