I agree, I feel like every single choice you made is exactly right. The gold hardware the gorgeous unlined neck and then the bare headstock with that 🔥 “she’s a beaut Clark!”

You can’t go wrong because this bass is liquid gold! I’m always a fan of the pearl but I like how the black accents the pole piece.

I’ve never used Pops but my teacher said it’s a bit messy and recommended the Kolsteins which up until recently I had no complaints. Looking forward to trying the V.

Same boat, my hh special is by far my lightest bass. I say go for it! It is an incredible instrument, the neck feels unreal and there’s so many tonal options you’ll never be bored.
