I'll correct myself before G Dog does. The effects return is upstream of the delta comp limiter, so that'll still work on the Rumble. The Sansamp will be your tone shaper and will provide great tube overdrive grit for your Geezerness. Hmmmm, I'm tempted to try this....

I have both, but haven't tried both together. You can do as Miles suggested, using it like a preamp pedal into the input jack. The BDDI can put out really high output, so you can probably plug into the effects return on your R500, and control the overall volume using the BDDI output knob...

Frost King CF1 "No Itch" Natural Cotton Multi-Purpose Insulation, 16 x 1 x 48-Inch https://a.co/d/0lBs3uR I stapled this stuff to the top, back, and sides of my r100. It seemed to do the trick.

    Fender Rumble V3 100 speaker up-grade ?

Interesting that you added bracing. I've been pondering doing just that on the sides and back of the enclosure. What is the enclosure tuned to with the new ports?

Turn down the bass on your amp's eq. The room can't take it.

    Fender Rumble V3 100 speaker up-grade ?

Regis Roca above mentions wanting to put in 15 cm ports. My guess is he intends to remove the stock cardboard port tubes and replace them with longer tubes to change the enclosure tuning.

    Fender Rumble V3 100 speaker up-grade ?

A while ago I calculated the resonant frequency (or whatever it is called) l for the original ports, and came up with 60 hz. If you lengthen the ports I think the frequency will be lower, but you might lose volume. (Low, light, loud - you only can have two of the three). Please report back on...

The first 2 numbers of your serial number are the year it was manufactured. The 3rd and 4th digit are the month.

    Bass for apartment

Buy some good headphones (I use AKG K 240s) plug them and your phone device into your rumble and rock out.

Based on my serial number, it looks like mine was built in September 2016. So I am not qualified to speak to the durability of the panga panga fingerboard, but I am qualified to say these are really nice basses, and I think you will be pleased if you purchase one.

Hmmm, so I might be a lucky one with a rosewood board...

They probably use bubinga because it is readily available in Indonesia where they are built. I've had my SRF 700 for 6 years and it has held up like a champ. I have TI Jazz Flats on it. Expect a little wear if you decide to use roundwounds on it, otherwise I don't think it'll be a problem at all.
