    I'd just get the stickers off and leave it. No sense pouring any unnecessary money/effort into a $50 bass, so I'd even just wipe it off and let it go. Plus it looks good as it is, it worked hard to get like that, don't take it away!

    I don't get how the ugliest combo gets the most votes. Tort is probably the most hideous thing you could do to any instrument.

    I got the Kelly done, just now got back to post the pic. Has DiMarzio pickups and Hamer CTS pots/cap. The wiring is from a Peavey mixer head and so is the Switchcraft jack.

    That would have been my first choice! Can't beat a T-40 for the money. It's tough to beat it at all.

    The Stargazer. Not only do they look great, I've played them and they sound fantastic and are consistent in quality.
