    The Epiphone Thunderbird Club

hey guys, does anyone know where to get a strap button big enough for the screw in the neckplate to fit through? Ive had enough of the neck dive and want to try and fix it without resorting to taking a drill to my precious TBird! :p

When you stand in a busy shopping area and raise money claiming its for charity and you are going to run the Race For Life or something, but after you have made about £2000, you pocket the cash... (I've not done this and would never, but i think it aptly suits the word "junkie" :p)

A case that fits a thunderbird?!? (other than the obvious)

Sadly, all the guitar shops within 20 miles are terrible and probably dont even stock guitar hard cases, never mind bass ones ;p But its okay, i got some random hard case from somewhere for £46 and it fits fine (:

A case that fits a thunderbird?!? (other than the obvious)

I did order one, the "big deal" is that was about 8 weeks ago... Epiphone cases for thunderbirds are as rare in shops as the basses themselves in the UK at the moment, and I need one sooner than the predicted 3 month waiting lists as I am in a gigging band and don't my bass getting bashed up :D...

If you want something REALLY hard, try New Born by Muse (: the verse riff will break your wrist :p Who'd have thought 4 notes could be so painful to play :P

It would appear that this: Invalid Link Removed is certainly long enough for the body and overall length.. but what about the depth? 3 inches should be more than enough i should think (:

yeahh i thought it might... sadly tho Im not gay so... yaknow :p I dont see why it shouldn't fit into normal cases, but alot of them do say "will not fit epiphone thunderbird, explorer etc basses"
