    A friend of mine had a few of Stu Hamm's Fender prototypes in his shop recently. I had the chance to plunk out a few notes on them. Those were sweet basses.

    On an impulse, I just bought magnets to throw under the pickups on my Essex 6er. We'll see how it goes, haha.

    Babicz Reviews?

    I have a Babicz on my Precision and I absolutely love it. Changing bridges was painless. Setup took a bit of time, but it's been locked down for well over a year now and the intonation is still great.

    I voted standard P, but I'd definitely take Dusty Hill's fur-covered Dean. Haha. Just the thing for church.

    Of my current basses, either my P bass or my Charvel P/J. That's a tough call. But I have my eye on a Warwick that might knock them both off the top.

    How much Amp power do you need?

    I've never needed more than my GK 400RB and a 1x15 cab. But then I've only played small venues, and/or ones with PA support.

    I have a P/J Charvel from the 90s...got it for a song, and it plays great, but I want to upgrade the pickups in it. The J pickup is pretty weak and thin.

    It's probably the angle, but the neck looks a bit wonky. Otherwise, it looks sweet!

    My MiM Strat is a brown sunburst, but you'd swear it was a three-tone. It looks amazing.
