Not a bad bass! But, more impressive is your sound clip. You've got some pretty good chops and make this bass sound pretty nice. Listening to it should help the bass sell! Just an observation: thread title states $150 shipped, but thread says $175. Which is it? :)

I really enjoyed my Schecter, but I agree that the 5 string can be more of a loss than gain. I liked the added flexibility, but never lived up to the potential. Now, almost 5 years since I sold that Schecter, I'm in heaven with my USA Peavey Millenium. If you really want a more professional...

I've got direct experience and would recommend the Nemesis NC115 to fit your paramters. Only thing it doesn't do is tilt back. But, 250W into a beefy 15" and nicely designed cab. Plus, it's a pleasure to carry at only 42 pounds. Or, go a bit larger for not much more money and only 15 extra...
