You should be fine....plug a cable into the jack, figure out which connection is Sleeve and which is Tip (use meter)...leave the other connection alone....or you could link the Sleeve and Middle Connections if need be.

I use one the odd time for rehearsals...they are "OK" at best, nothing spectacular, that's for sure. Wow $40 is cool, but at the same time seems fishy. Hard to tell sight unseen if the rattle is fixable...but like mentioned, might be a good cab to stock with some other 10's. Any rattles...

There are in fact a few ways to legally protect a band name. Professionalism, of course you are right, a grey area.

Um...that's not only incorrect, it's slightly unprofessional to view it that way IMO. There are certain things in our industry that should be respected, and coming up with a band name is one of them.

Cool, then by all means it's yours to use. If the name has some clout, then I'd say keep it, changing the band's name over and over will only give you an identity crisis. I still don't know what the hell to call Prince or John Cougar anymore :)

The price is for the pair....so they are $11 pups. ...as the pic shows not much attention went into the epoxy stage, my guess is some rope wrapped around a beer can would make a better sounding pup. But ya...try 'em out :)
